To guarantee a place at either of the Pilates Classes, please book & pay in advance. If you are unable to attend the class, unfortunately I am unable to refund your payment or use it against another class. If you do not wish to pay in advance, it will be done on a first come, first served basis dependant upon spaces available.

I joined the business back in 2008 as Area Manager for Lincolnshire, not long after moving to Dunston and saw an opportunity to bring Shape-Fitness to the village and surrounding area. I have been qualified for 20 years as a Fitness and Gym Instructor, Personal Trainer and Nutritionist following, and moving with, the trends of the fitness industry during that time.
From January 2017, I have been teaching a DANCE-FIT class, so if you love the Latino-Vibe or Zumba, why not give it a try. Come and dance yourself fit to music which includes both fast and slow rhythms such as Merengue, Salsa and Hip-Hop as well as current chart toppers!
Afterwards, why not stay for a 15 minute hard hitting toning session to target those areas we all would like to improve or simply maintain – bums, tums and arms!
Or if jumping about and getting sweaty isn’t your thing, then why not try my Pilates classes, predominantly mat based exercises that aim to give you long, lean and toned muscles, better posture, a healthy back, improved body shape and a calm mind. It will increase your muscular strength and balance (core stability) enabling you to lead a happier and healthier life. Suitable for all levels, I deal with clients who have been referred by their Doctor or Physiotherapist so am used to providing tailored exercises to those with special requirements.
