My Barre with Nikki
Tuesday 8 to 9pm
in the Lamyman Room
My Barre is a low impact class, works on core strength, flexibility, balance, co-ordination & toning.
Everyone gets their own Barre in class & because the Barre is portable we can pick it up to use for arms, shoulders & abdominals too.
The class is slow & controlled, gentle on joints & promotes greater range of movement.
This class is suitable for all levels of fitness, beginners getting back into exercise, also beneficial for runners/tri athletes as it builds strength.
