The Lamyman Room

 

 

The Lamyman Room is 8m by 7.4m: Accommodating up to 45 people.

 

 

 

 

There is a separate entrance door to the side of the building with a ramp.

 

The room has its own toilet facilities with separate Ladies and Gents.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

There is a small kitchenette with a water boiler,

microwave,teapot,milk jug, sugar bowl, crockery

and cutlery.

 

 

 

 

 

The former bar area, is now a multi-use servers area with storage shelves, sink unit and a small freezer.

 

 

 

 

There are 6 grey tables 3ft x 3ft which fold flat,2 static large tables 6ft x 3ft and 2 folding tables 6ft x 3 ft and 40 red padded stacking chairs available for use.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

This room is in use weekly for Yoga classes on Tuesday morning, Silver Sounds Band on Tuesday evenings and Saturday mornings and Sewing Bee on Thursday nights.

Parish Council Meetings are held on the 1st Wednesday of the month and the Dunston Hub on the second Thursday of the month.

 

 

This room is an ideal size for training courses and small family parties.

Combined with the main hall it is a useful bar or refreshment room.

Lamyman Room £11.50 per hour

 

 

During 2015/16

Considerable refurbishment work was carried out with new entrance door, new windows, new toilet facilities as well as a complete redecoration and new chairs.
