A high impact session designed to improve cardiovascular fitness, muscle tone and body composition, endurance and aid weight loss. Classes include a combination of hand weight and body weight exercises, plyometric, aerobic and resistance training.
The class is a lot of fun combined with some great music to get you motivated. Yes, it can get a bit sweaty as you are working hard but it is worth it for the feeling afterwards and the results you will achieve from the weekly sessions.
